Let’s work with your ADHD
One-to-one coaching or courses with a professionally certified ADHD coach
‘Chris creates a really safe and friendly environment. I think having an ADHD coach that also has ADHD themselves is crucial, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone struggling with their ADHD.’
— Vicky
I’m Chris. I have ADHD.
I worked in finance, the charity sector and teaching before coming to ADHD coaching. My first experience was as a client - I found an ADHD coach with ADHD and for the first time, I felt genuinely understood. I didn’t have to explain my ADHD, they just got it. We worked together to discover what my ADHD was like for me and how I could use the strengths that had got me this far. This is the experience I want to give you. Here’s how I do it:
Best in class coaching
I learnt to coach at ADDCA, one of the only ICF accredited ADHD coaching schools in the world. I’m a member of ICF and get regular mentoring by faculty from ADDCA.
Evidence led approach
My coaching approach is based on the latest science on ADHD and coaching to make sure you’re getting the best outcome for your ADHD.
Personalised
Whether we’re coaching 1-1 or you’re in the membership, the focus will be on you. My goal is to help you get where you want to with your ADHD, and I shape how I work to that end. You won’t get reams of generic advice from me - but you might find out what makes your ADHD tick.
