ADHD Coaching to help you reach your potential

Coaching is a space to work on what matters most to you, in any area of your life - work, study, home or your future plans. I’ll help you identify your strengths, work out where the obstacles are and turn your ideas into actions that work for you and your ADHD.

It’s a partnership

We will work together on what matters most to you, as equal partners. Coaching is about collaboration, not being told what works best for you.

Someone who gets you

I have ADHD so I know where you’re coming from. That means not having to explain who you are, giving us more time to focus on you.

You are the expert

Your experience of ADHD is unique and you’ve developed a lifetime of knowledge of your ADHD traits. We will help you uncover this information and make full use of it to help you build an approach that works for you.

Strengths based approach

I believe in working to the strengths of my clients. The impact of ADHD can mean those strengths are undiscovered or forgotten. We will find out what they are and use them to tackle the challenges you face as well as amplifying what you’re best at.

Pricing

Sessions last for 50 mins, either weekly or every other week.

‘Coaching has been a safe space for me to explore how ADHD traits have impacted my past, what I can do in the present and how I can accommodate for my future with these traits in mind. I've begun to think a lot more positively about myself since starting coaching and found that the topics we cover in sessions have been enlightening and transformative.’
