Why I coach ADHD

  • I've been there

With a diagnosis later in life during a career spanning teaching, finance and the humanitarian sector, I’ve experienced working with my ADHD traits with and without labels and specialist support.

  • Coaching Worked

I found an ADHD coach who also had ADHD. It was like talking to a long lost friend. I didn’t have to explain my ADHD, they just got it. We worked together to discover what my ADHD was like for me as well and how I could use the strengths that had got me this far.

  • I want you to have this

After so much time spent trying to figure out my ADHD, coaching made me feel like I could work with it. I coach to give other people that same experience.

Experience

I come from a background in teaching and Finance. I have worked with rooms of people of all ages and backgrounds, as well as working in data for the Bank of England. I bring the best of both worlds to my coaching with a friendly and inclusive approach that uses the best coaching practices available.

My Approach

The transformative impact this process had on my relationship with my own ADHD is what I aim to bring to my clients.

I coach professionals from all walks of life—creatives, leaders, and everyone in between. With lived experience and a particular interest in the intersection of disability and ADHD, my approach focuses on partnering with clients to work with their ADHD strengths.
