Don’t take my word for it

I normally hate zoom chats, particularly group chats, but the workshops were great! Super interesting to learn how my brain works and great to meet so many like-minded people. I've come away able to explain myself better, identify what causes me stress, and I'm now developing strategies to deal with my ADHD

— Alex

It was very informative but relaxed and inclusive which allowed time for reflection and interaction. I learnt a lot through other people sharing their experiences of ADHD which in turn helped me to embrace aspects of myself I have previously felt shameful about.

— Abi James

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD and these sessions helped me understand a lot more about ADHD and how I could learn to see the positives in the way my mind works and engage methods and structures into my life that can transform problems into helpful solutions. It was also a comprehensive introduction to what ADHD coaching is all about and how I could adapt it to work for my unique set of symptoms.

— Adam Makowiecki

The workshop provided so much useful information, and I got clarity about the ADHD brain. Learning about the strategies to use when struggling with ADHD really helped with my day to day life.

— Jack
